About this prototype
The business problem
Enquiries arrive with missing details, land in the wrong inbox, and get replies nobody checked. The rules that should decide what happens live in someone's head.
What to try
Pick an enquiry type, change the required fields and routing rules, choose when a person must approve, then run it. Try breaking it: clear the email, add a rule that sends everything to Discard, or turn approval off.
Implemented and simulated
Implemented: checking the workflow, validation, ordered routing with reasons, approval bound to the exact plan, history, the work item, and the JSON and summary downloads.
Simulated: sending email, creating CRM records, booking calendar slots and queue entries.
Connecting it to a real business
A real form or inbox as the source, reviewed adapters for the email, CRM and calendar systems with their own credentials, stored runs with an audit log, a sign-in for approvers, and agreed rules for data retention and consent.
